 Maurice. Odumodu (Chairman)He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Leicester, UK. Has thirty four years experience with Shell (in Nigeria and outposts). Before retiring from Shell in Dec 2004, he held various management positions in SPDC (Soku Gas Supply project) & Exxon-Mobil (Erha Deepwater Project). Has broad-based exposure and working interests in project / business management.  Chima Achara (Managing Director)He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland and a Doctorate from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad. Dr. Achara has 38 years national and international experience in various aspects of engineering spanning the academic world, the Bauxite Industry and Oil and Gas Industry. In his last seventeen years in Shell, he operated in senior positions in maintenance, engineering and production. After his retirement from SPDC in 1999, he took an Executive General Manager position in a leading Oil Service Company and in a Consulting Company before joining MTL in 2007 as the Managing Director  Diamond Ovueraye (Member)Holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Canbourne University, UK. Has over thirty years work experience with SPDC where he held various positions including Well Engineering Manager. After his retirement from SPDC, he joined Suffolk Petroleum Services Limited (Drilling Services Division) as an Executive Director. His international career includes several assignments to Shell NAM, Nerderlands and Shell Sarawak, Malaysia..  Samuel Odumodu (Member)Odumodu holds a B.Sc degree in Geology from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. With twenty seven years work experience in SPDC, he held various senior positions in the company including Chief petroleum engineer, Corporate Head Geologist and Job development adviser. His international career exposure includes several work assignments to Shell E & P Netherlands, Shell Sarawak and PETRONAS, Malaysia.  Charlesye Charles (Member)Holds a B.Sc degree in Geology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Geology from T.C. Enschede, Holland. He also possesses a Final Professional Diploma in land Surveying from the Federal School of Surveying, Oyo. Charles has thirty three years working experience spanning across SPDC, NDBDA and the Rivers State Govt. His career includes various professional training in the Netherlands, U.K and USA in GPS and Hydrographic Surveying.  Alhaji Abdullah Bukar (Member)Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University College Swansea, UK. Alhaji Bukar has 35 years work experience with SPDC. He worked in Nigeria, Netherlands and Australia. He was involved in building the Sapele Gas Plant and South Forcados Development, Flares Out Programme. In NAM Assen, Netherlands took part in the Schoonebeck Oil Projects, Setam Injection, Formation Water Disposal, and Sour Gas Supply. He held many senior managerial positions which included Engineering Manager, Production Service Manage, Surface Engineering Manager and retired as the Engineering General Manager in 2007. |
